Edinburgh Festival Events at Old St Paul’s

Old St Paul’s is hosting events as part of this year’s Edinburgh Festival.  In addition to our regular Sunday services. these include a semi-staged version of TS Eliot’s ‘Murder in the Cathedral’ and candlelit performances of Fauré’s Requiem.

Old Saint Paul’s Drama presents six performances of TS Eliot’s Murder in the Cathedral.  Richard Holloway plays Becket in this unmissable semi-staged reading. ‘The last temptation is the greatest treason - to do the right deed for the wrong reason ...’
7-9 and 14-16 August at 5 pm; tickets from the Fringe or on the door.

St Andrew Camerata return with two performances of their popular candlelit Fauré Requiem at 10pm on 9 and 15 August; tickets from the Fringe or on the door
